Washington, DC – Today, U.S. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Ben Cardin, Congressmen Dutch Ruppersberger, John Sarbanes, and Kweisi Mfume, (all D-Md.), Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, and Baltimore County Executive John Olszewski, Jr. announced that they have successfully secured authorization and funding for a new Baltimore-based Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), operated by the Veterans Health Administration, in a bill released by the U.S. Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs.
